Rae began her career in 1996 and graduated from Schilling-Douglas School of Hair Design. Before she earned her position as a stylist at Salon by Dominic she was Dominic’s assistant. Working with Dominic taught her how to “sculpt” the hair rather than cut. She is a genuine and honest individual who values listening. Rae believes in the importance of connecting with each client to gain an understanding of the look they want to achieve while maintaining the integrity of the hair.
